Details:

Grind off the rivets that are holding hanger and then hammer them out. Then you should remove the front leaf spring from hanger. Make sure the bolts stay tightened with weight on them. Placement on Vehicle: Left, Right, Rear.

Install the mounting bolts through shackle and spring. Surface: Powder coating. Remove the lower mounting bolt from shackle and spring then axle so that drops out of. You should lift your truck with a jack and place it onto stands.

Remove the upper mounting bolt which attaches shackle to mount on frame then remove existing. Replacing a leaf spring hanger is rather easy. Leave the bolt loose to allow alignment of shackle with spring. Using a floor jack, raise the rear differential of your vehicle off ground, Use jack stands under frame to support.
